Get to Know Us
A playful hands-on session where children discover the magic of cyanotype printing, one of the earliest photographic processes. Using sunlight, water and found objects, they’ll create beautiful blue prints to take home.
What you’ll do
We begin with a short introduction to cyanotype and how this historic process was used by artists and scientists.
Children will then experiment with arranging leaves, flowers, shapes and objects onto prepared paper before exposing them to light to reveal their prints.
Through guided making and creative play, each child will create three unique sunprints to take home.

Su Morris
I’m someone who’s always been happiest when creating something…
I’ve got almost 30 years experience as a graphic designer. My creative answers to commercial and not-for-profit challenges cover: packaging and design for print, branding and logo design, design for licensed stationery merchandise, agency work across multiple clients, and product releases and collateral for healthcare and rare disease causes & or course websites and social media graphics.
Alongside design work, for the last 5 years, I’ve been leading creative workshops where participants, of all ages and abilities, get to explore a creative process in a supportive and playful environment.
