Independent workshop hosts, where you have booked a session they are leading, so that they can prepare for your attendance and respond to any access or allergy needs you have told us about

Where you book a children's session, we collect the child's first name, age, and any allergy, medical or access information you provide. This is used only to run the session safely and is shared with the practitioner leading it. We keep it for the duration of the booking and for 12 months afterwards, then delete it. Bookings are made by a parent or carer, who provides consent on the child's behalf.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for:

• Fulfilling bookings or memberships
• Legal or tax requirements
• Resolving disputes

Financial records may be retained for up to 6 years in line with UK tax law.
