Get to Know Us

Join Ruth for a relaxed taster session where you'll be introduced to a number of different meditation methods and breathing techniques.

What you'll do

You will be provided with cushions or a seat to sit on so that you're comfortable, and shown the best posture and breathing to help you relax and meditate. You'll learn the ancient origins of meditation and slow breathing, and understand why the practices have endured through the ages. You will gain practical understanding of how you can relax easily using simple techniques like moving meditation, counting, and visualisation.

Who it’s for

No experience needed. Great for anyone who has tried to meditate and feel they can't, or would like to get more into it. Also great for those with some experience who want to expand or improve their techniques.

What do I need to bring?

Come as you are in loose, comfortable clothes. Layers are advised in case you become hot or cold during the session.
