A full-day session focused on painting landscapes with depth and atmosphere. This is about slowing down, observing properly, and learning how to translate what you see onto paper.
What you’ll do
We start with colour, washes, and how watercolour behaves when building skies, land, and natural textures.
You’ll learn how to simplify landscapes using shapes, perspective, and value so your work doesn’t feel flat.
Through guided demonstrations, you’ll build up your understanding step by step, then move into your own paintings with support throughout.

Hi, I’m Sunil Kalbandi, a watercolour artist and instructor with over 12 years of experience. My passion for watercolour runs deep, and nothing brings me more joy than helping aspiring artists unlock and nurture their creative potential.
This workshop is born from my own artistic journey, the challenges I’ve overcome, the techniques I’ve mastered, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I’ve designed this workshop to help you create beautiful, expressive watercolour art with confidence.
